Because we are a small, appointment based business, last minute cancellations affect us greatly.  We require 24 HOURS NOTICE of cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an automatic charge, equal to 50% of the scheduled service. 

You are encouraged to utilize the text option after hours to notify us of unforeseen illness etc.  

If you do not show to a scheduled appointment, an automatic charge, equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. 

If you are running late, please contact us via text or phone. We will do our best to  accommodate you while considering the appointments of others. Please note, some appointments are booked for as little as 15 minutes.  We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if necessary. Late arrivals that cannot be seen are subject to a cancellation fee. 

Due to the size of our office we ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. 

For safety and insurance reasons we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.
